What if, for two hours, nothing was required of you?
Your mat, bolsters, blocks and blankets are waiting. There is nothing to prepare for and nothing to get right.
Gentle Body Connection and breath give your attention somewhere simple to land: your body, your breath, this room.
Yana helps you settle into a deeply supported restorative position. Once you are comfortable, you do not have to do anything else.
The lights lower. Conversation disappears. Immersive sound fills the room while Yana offers each guest individual hands-on Reiki.
Eventually even the sound begins to disappear. For a little while, there is nothing left to follow.
Nothing to accomplish. Nothing to figure out. Nowhere else to be.
Come exactly as you are. Leave a little lighter.
If you can imagine yourself here, this is where you begin.
