Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with ChiroYoga Events, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, registration and invitation details, payment and reservation status, attendance information, messages you choose to provide, and records needed to administer your event participation.

How we use information

We use this information to administer ChiroYoga events, communicate with guests, manage reservations and invitations, process event-related workflows, provide check-in credentials, and maintain appropriate operational records.

Google Calendar integration

ChiroYoga Events may use Google Calendar to schedule brief introduction calls with prospective event guests. The integration is authorized by a ChiroYoga Events Google account and is used only for this event-administration purpose.

When an introduction call is scheduled, ChiroYoga Events may use Google Calendar access to create, view, update, or cancel the corresponding calendar event, add the prospective guest as an attendee, and request Google Meet conferencing information. The application may store identifiers and scheduling details needed to associate the ChiroYoga booking with the corresponding Google Calendar event and to manage later changes or cancellations.

ChiroYoga Events does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google Calendar access to determine introduction-call availability from ordinary calendar events. Introduction-call availability is managed by ChiroYoga Events itself.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the event system, such as email delivery, payment processing, hosting, and Google Calendar when the scheduling feature is used. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate and document event participation, scheduling, transactions, communications, and related administrative requirements. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information handled by the event system.

Your choices

You may contact ChiroYoga if you have questions about information associated with your event participation or would like to request an appropriate correction or deletion, subject to information we may need to retain for legitimate operational, transaction, or legal purposes.
